Netelek has been dealing with SBD Business Systems since February 2016. Our Samsung X4300LX printer is very high quality, with the best printing quality that I have seen in 20 Years of ITC support. The printer is user friendly with an easy to use tablet. We have now purchased a new HP MFP E77825 for our Finance departments exclusive use. We are in a process of facing two other well known printer distribution houses due to bad support and bad quality.
Netelek will in the future only use Samsung and HP printers from SBD Business Systems due to good product and friendly well trained support.
